Enhancements

  • Custom System (SmartPlay) Prompts - Unfortunately the ability to customize SmartPlay prompts did not make it into the initial Spring Forward Release but it’s available now. Learn more here: Customize System Prompts.
  • Max Voicemail Recording Time - Enter a free-form value for maximum record time in seconds.
  • More Rings for Transfer and Call Queue Pages - We have increased the maximum number of rings from 6 to 10.
  • Percentage Based Call Recording - Angel can now randomly record a percentage of calls. If you’re interested in recording fewer than every call, please contact your account manager.
