If you are an active user of Twitter, you can be a big help at the event. Start by registering as a "Twitterer" on the registration page (instead of an "Attendee"). When you check in at the event you will receive a special "Twitterer" name badge. Updates and logistics about the event will be tweeted by @blogcarolinas. You will be asked to spread the word to the folks in your immediate vicinity. It will also provide a great opportunity for non-Twitterers to come up and ask you for the latest info and to learn more about Twitter. If you choose to register as a "Twitterer" we ask that you set Notifications to "On" for @blogcarolinas for the day of the event.
Wow, what a great way to meet new people!
Thanks, we now return you to your regular programing.
What do twitter people do if they were not aware of this when they registered?
