This is a list of companies with blogs that are publically available. Criteria to be added to the list:

• Publically available without a password
• Officially sanctioned by the company, or at least, appears to be so. Examples would be logos, links, and no disclaimer that this is the individual's, not company's blog.
• We should exclude Weblog Tools vendors, Web consultants and PR companies as they have a particular "bone to pick".

Fastlane Blog - Written by GM Vice Chairman Bob Lutz.

Edelman - CEO Richard Edelman has a blog.

Skybox by Maytag - Maytag has a product support blog for its personal beverage vending machine, SkyBox by Maytag. In addition to providing sports-related content to "man cave" enthusiasts, a product manager dispenses advice and answers questions about the product.

Monster - Monster's Career Advice team has a blog which focuses on career issues.

Microsoft blogs - these are blog officially hosted by Microsoft.
Channel 9 - This is the video-based blog for Microsoft's Developer Network.
Heather Leigh, a recruiter at Microsoft, maintains a blog at
"Heather's "Marketing At Microsoft Blog - Heather Leigh is a self-professed "marketing geek" who hires marketers for Microsoft. Her blog provides insights into what Microsoft is for when it hires marketers.

Stonyfield Farms - The company has five blogs, including ones focused on women's issues and the environment.

Employee blogs - The company hosts blogs for employees in this area.
Jonathan's Blog - President and COO Jonathan Schwartz has a blog.

"VH1's "The Best Week Ever show - Producers post topics for the upcoming week's show on their blog. They also promote the blog during the show itself.

Frank-ly - Written in dutch, but it really is a weblog from the Utrecht-based internetcommunication agency Rhinofly. It also includes some video's every now and again (all posts starting with VIDEO:) and basically covers our workarea of Rich Internet Applications, emerging technology and online marketing. All employees can blog here.

PitchHK - Hongkong based 'Marketing' magazine runs this blog to delve into issues concerning today's marketers.

Google - Official blog at http://www.google.com/googleblog/ linked directly from their "About" page and used to promote Google, new projects, and hiring.
