I edited a page in the mobile (miki) version of my wiki, and created a link to a new page that didn't exist yet. I clicked through to the that page, edited it, and saved that page.
When I got back to my desktop I see that the page name created is now
action=display;is_incipient=1;page_name=november
rather than simply "november".
Haven't tried to reproduce, yet. The mobile version is 3.0.3.7
Hi Edward,
I've asked support to try and reproduce this. Will confirm here what we find.

Thanks John. If I can reproduce I'll try to get it step by step (hard to capture what's going on on the blackberry though)

Reproduced in 3.1.0.0 using Firefox as a browser; what would you like me to capture to reproduce it?

Using Firefox now in Miki 3.1.0.0. Reproduce as follow.
1. Edit this page at http://www.socialtext.net/lite/page/exchange/error_creating_new_pages_from_incipient_links_on_miki_3_0_3_7?action=edit
2. Create a new incipient link to a nonexistent page
3. Save the page.
4. Follow the incipient link.
5. Edit the page at that link.
6. Save that page.

The miki I am running now shows a revision number of Socialtext v3.1.2.6 , so the product has been updated; it still has this exact same bug in it.
As I noted in another bug report, this particular defect affects my workflow, because I depend on the process of creating incipient links and then resolving them to track todos.

This is now fixed in the development version, which will eventually be released as Socialtext v3.2.1.0.
