Knowledge

My professional background includes over 10 years of support, development, and consulting experience in enterprise software and content management solutions, with much of that time spent with EMC Documentum in Pleasanton, CA. Prior to getting into the software industry, I was a technical sales engineer working with major semiconductor equipment manufacturers in the Silicon Valley.

Who I am

I grew up in the midwest and have lived in California since the early nineties. I'm an engineer by nature, and I love solving problems. The Socialtext Wiki provides a great platform for developing creative and novel solutions for real business issues.

What I do here

I act as a single point of contact and advocate for our enterprise customers, providing support, training, development, and adoption assistance. My goal is to ensure that our customers are able to maximize their ROI with Socialtext.
