Link dialog box improvement

Hey,

Trying out a bit SocialText 3.0 I got some confusion when creating a simple link in the rich editor:

Steps:

• Write some text like "This is a link"
• Select the portion "a link" and click the icon to create link
• --> The portion of text selected appears in the field "Page" : I would expect it to appear in the "Linked text" field, or at least to be duplicated there.
• Erase "a link" from Page field, and put the good page name (let say: Test)
• validate
• Now you text looks like this: "This Test" (Test being a link) because i've not added something into the "Linked text" field.

I think this behavior is leading to confusion.

In addition, the auto-completion tool to find which page you want to link is pretty slow AND not taking care of letters order (that is if I start to type "T" I would expect the page "Test" to be listed before" Welcome to E.T.") AND you can not select a result with arrow keys, only with mouse.

Hope this will help you to improve this part (or at least to think about it again, maybe i'm wrong and say stupid things :)

Except from this, SociaText looks fine so far.. :-) I keep testing!

Hi,

I'm uploading documents and trying to include the document links on my wiki page. When I move the link to the appropriate place on the page, it becomes broken. This is only happening intermittently, and not in every case. I've tried both rich text and wiki text to fix, changing the filename, deleting and re-uploading the file, and nothing is working. This was never an issue before the upgrade. Please advise.
