• Make a list of key active tasks, deadlines, and owners, with links to relevant pages
• Make an index of project sub-components

Project Sub-Pages

• Create a naming convention for the project. Start each project subpage with the same prefix Project X - Plan

Project Weblog

• Create a weblog for each project, for the team or individual team members
• Team members can use the weblog to follow project
• Create a weblog entry by creating and applying a category with the name "ProjectName Weblog".
• Add weblog entries by email. The first line of the email body should be category: weblogname.
