Away Messages allow Agents to give a reason why they're away. Away Messages are viewable from the Supervisor Monitor and the Agent Activity Report. Click the "ADD" button to configure the Away Message menu that will appear on the Agent Monitor when an Agent is set away. For example, "break", "lunch", or "special project".
Enabling custom Away Messages will allow Agents to type a custom message as well as choose from the pre-configured options. An example of a custom message would be for an Agent to enter the case ID they're working.
