Please follow the steps below in order to perform a PBX warm transfer with Angel
Call comes in and is answered by Agent 1
From the Agent Monitor, Agent 1 sees that Agent 2 is available
From the Agent Monitor, Agent 1 clicks on Agent 2 (this will prevent the system from sending Agent 2 another call before connected to the caller)
Agent 1 puts the caller on hold and dials Agent 2’s direct line
Agent 1 describes the nature of the call to Agent 2 and they both hang up
After Agent 1 hangs up, the system transfers the call to Agent 2
Agent 2’s phone rings
Agent 2 picks up and is connected to the caller
