Welcome to the Wiki page on how to use the new Angel.com Support Ticketing System. This new system will allow the Angel.com Client Services team to better track and respond to the support tickets you submit, helping us serve you better and quicker.
This page will walk you through the new screens of the ticketing system including: how to submit a new ticket, how to view exisiting tickets (including a historical record of closed tickets), how to add attachments to tickets, and how to add comments to existing tickets.
Once you have logged into your Angel.com account, you should have the Get Support button ( Shown below) on the top right corner of your screen

Clicking on Get Support would change the frame below and bring up the link to the Ticket Center ( Shown Below ).



* Select 'Order Recordings' from the 'Question About' Dropdown.
* Then select a talent from the 'Voice talent' dropdown
* Submit the Ticket - As soon as you submit the ticket, you will be taken to an interface from where you can attach the Prompt list using the 'Add Attachment' button.
Screenshot below shows how to view your closed tickets. By default the 'View Ticket' section shows the open tickets.

Once in the closed ticket section, the button changes its name to 'View Open Tickets' ( as shown below) . You will have to click the button again to return to the open ticket section.

Under the 'View Tickets' tab, click on the open ticket. ( If you want to add a comment on a closed ticket , first click on 'View Closed Tickets' and then click on the closed ticket). Shown Below

Click on the Add Comment or Add Attachment buttons to respond.
