Adlyfe Inc. is committed to advancing
novel technologies, diagnostic tools and therapeutics to improve the
quality of life for individuals suffering from Alzhiemer's Disease and
other protein folding disorders. We are actively recruiting qualified
individuals to join our Diagnostic Product Development group in support
of an ambitious business growth plan.

The successful candidate will be
involved in the product development of diagnostic assays for
neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. Qualified
candidates should possess the following background and skills:

• BS or MS in biochemistry, neurobiology, cell biology, structural biology or related field
• Experience in one or more of these relevant areas:
• Protein biochemistry including protein purification, peptide synthesis, sequencing, and structural analysis, amino acid modification, etc.
• Clinical assay development such blood based assay development, immunoassays, sample preparation methodology, high throughput assays, formulation optimization, etc.
• Analytical techniques including various methods of chromatography, HPLC, size exclusion chromatography, circular dichroism, mass spectometry, light scattering, etc.
• Signal generation and signal detection systems including chemistry and/or instrumentation for fluorescence or fluorescence lifetime measurements.
• Previous industrial experience in product development including assay design, reliability, process or test method design, and/or product stability
• Neurodegenerative diseases of protein misfolding such as Alzheimer's, experience with amyloid or aggregate forming proteins or peptides
• Strong technical and organizational skills with an adeptness at achieving accurate and consistent results
• Goal-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation and excellent productivity
• Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Competence in written and oral communication and in the use of computer software such as Word and Excel
