CLINICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - SAUDI ARABIA

Job Responsibilities

§To work in OR and ICU educating and training medical professionals on the benefits and correct use of the technology

§To explain the technical features of the products, to show the operation of the product

§Key target audience* : Anesthetists, intensive physicians and OR/ICU nurses*

§The main support will be new installations, and management of our installed base technology as optimal procedural use of this technology is directly related to maintaining constant levels of education

§The training will take place on real applications of the products in the OR’s/ICU as well as clinical lectures in the dept.

§To present the technologies and products during local congresses and exhibitions

§An additional aspect of this role is to deliver prepared training support to our distributors & their sales teams

§Ability to transfer knowledge and know-how enthusiastically and motivationally

§Good communication skills

§Flexibility and appropriate planning skills essential

Education/Equivalent Training Required

§Clinical education (OR-ICU sector)

Experience (State Type and Number of Years)

§2-5 Years clinical experience in OR/ICU sectors

§Professional and winning personality

§Willingness to help developing new business by triggering interest and convincing about technology and product (clinical background with sales attitude)

§Absolute self-starter

§Loves to teach/present & can display confidence

§Computer literacy essential – usual user programs, i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

§Arabic language
