Fritz has been active in online community management since 1997. He started with Crosswalk.com as a volunteer and was hired as the full time community manager in 1999, with responsibilities including growing the online community, managing the community volunteer team, overseeing online chat events with special guests and developing community administration policies and practices.

In 2003 he was began work for Salem Web Network managing the community areas of their growing inventory of websites. His online community work was considered exceptional and Crosswalk.com Forums was featured on the Admin Zone.

In addition to his online community responsibilities he also manages Crosswalk.com's Homeschool, Humor, Online Directory areas, as well as Crosswalk.com's premium channel, CrosswalkPlus.com.
