Peter has an engineering background and served a five-year internship with Mitsui and Co., Japan’s oldest company, working in its affiliated automobile distribution, steelmaking and technology manufacturing areas prior to founding numerous companies including firms involved in locomotive and plastics manufacturing, computer software and marketing.

Peter co-authored Overcoming Inventoritis: The Silent Killer of Innovation with Tatsuya Nakagawa, a guide designed to help technology and manufacturing organizations achieve greater returns from their investments in innovation.
