You might want to link 2006 with 22 years of debates on media revolution centred around London: due to Londoners issuing the first scripts on networks as the greatest revolution one generation of people had faced because its both a media revolution on par with invention of printing press and transport revolution on par with invention of steam engine; and because absolutely critical is whether the BBC as world's largest broadcaster wakes up to : 1 public broadcaster should smarten up what commercial media dumbs down; 2 should fearlessly colmaborate with internet media to make the best of both interactive and broadcast media rather than try to dumb the internet down which is what commercial broadcasters clearly intend for the net.. help needed with cataloguing 30000 open grassroots projects we view world needing by 2010
