First Aid Corps An organisation who is out to make a difference to those in distress. It was established on 07.07.07, the same date that the Live Earth! event ( another mass collaobration effort ) was held. With recent clinical studies showing the main factors that affects victims of sudden cardiac arrest, the organisation is seeking out experts and talents to tackle on a global scale. The overall concept is to match motivated certified first aiders to victims of distress in the shortest time possible. In order to measure the effectiveness of the concept, the survival rates of sudden cardiac arrests are tracked as these are most easily obtained. Also it is the most ideal condition to track as time to aid is the most important factor. It still remains to be seen if mass collaboration using mobile technology can make a difference for humanity.
