My name is Greg Matthews, and I am a consumer experience director at Humana, an American health insurance company. I am very interested in applying the principles of wikinomics in health (not just health insurance, but in health). This is not an easy thing to do, as the American health "system" is very hierarchical and resistant to change. Yet this challenge represents a huge opportunity for consumer-driven change.
