Writing with a neutral point of View (NPOV) is one of the common ((guidelines)) in a ((public wiki)). In other words, no paid or incentivized "opinions". No axe to grind. No ulterior motives. No covert self-promotional hype or compensated corporate buzz-agenting. No artificial word-of-mouth marketing ploys. Neutral point of view is the "common ground" to which everyone can contribute.
NPOV is not "neutral" in terms of "no feelings", "blase, apathetic, no position taken on a controversial issue", or "no personal experience with the item being discussed". You may feel strongly about an item being contributed, but the feeling must be based purely on actual usage or implementation of collaboration tools, not based on covert incentives or disincentives.
If you have difficulty achieving neutrality on a given topic, don't worry. Write anyway and others (perhaps with an opposite POV) will help find a balance.
