ScrewTurn Wiki is a fast, powerful and simple ASP.NET wiki engine. It installs in a matter of minutes and it's available in different packages, fitting every need. It's free and opensource. The construction is modular, so users can write and post plug-ins that can then be used by others in the community.
It isn't WYSIWYG yet, but for some the simple wiki markup language is a benefit. Major components for the next major upgrade in the road map include an optional WYSIWYG editor and full ACL. It's simple layout make it great for low-tech users who need time to become accustomed to the web 2.0 technologies, but it's powerful enough to accomodate more sophisticated users.
