Truth, in the secular sense, is "the commonly held and (relatively) undisputed view."
In business or politics, the most certain we can be is to say that "most people who have deliberated on this issue hold that such is true".
In which case the definition of ""deliberate", "most", and "hold" may all be contested, and reasonably so:
Truth, by definition, contains wisdom and is economically valuable.
