Truth, in the secular sense, is "the commonly held and (relatively) undisputed view."

In business or politics, the most certain we can be is to say that "most people who have deliberated on this issue hold that such is true".

In which case the definition of ""deliberate", "most", and "hold" may all be contested, and reasonably so:

• to deliberate is a conversation among equals who discuss matters with the object of learning, rather than convincing. (As opposed to groupthink)
• "hold" implies belief, but it may not imply willingness to do what that belief implies, there may be hypocrisy.

Truth, by definition, contains wisdom and is economically valuable.
