Maintained by the Metadata Encoding and Transmission Standard (METS) Editorial Board, this wiki provides a means for the METS community to discuss any METS issues including profiles in progress, recommended tools, implementation issues and strategies, and suggestions for changes to the METS & METS Profile schema.The main METS website managed by our maintenance agency, the Library of Congress, is still the official site for final, approved changes to the METS and METS profile schema, documentation, registered profiles, policies and procedures. For immediate questions, answers, thoughts, and musings about METS and how it can / should be implemented, use the METS listserv, managed by LoC.
