Adding non English Perl resources
Please list the major Perl related sources in your language on the relevant page.
The name of the page should be the English name and next to it please add the name
in your language.
If possible please also update the relevant language page on Wikipedia.
Each page should contain two sections. In the upper sections use your language and
below that should be a section in English.
non-English
The non-English part should have a few words explaining what kind of Perl resource
are there in the given language and explain about the Perl community in the given
language and in the countries where that language is used. If there is already a
central website for all things perl in the given language then probably there is no
point in duplicating the information here so the page on the TPF wiki could contain
a link to that page.
On the other hand if the resource in the given language are not collected in one
place yet then this could be the right page to do that.
In that case there should be links to several types of pages:
Things to mention:
- Localized documentation (translation of perldoc or home made documentations)
- Tutorials
- Localized Perl Community: Forums, Mailing list, IRC channels in the specific languages
- Perl Monger groups are already listed on http://www.pm.org/ but you can also list them here.
- Books published in the specific language.
If there is no active community in the given language but you'd like to try to organize
one you can still set up a page and list your contact info there as a beginning.
English Part
The English part of the page should be similar but the aim is more to
help the rest of us, not speaking your language to have a little understanding
what's going on there that might give us ideas to our communities as well.
