The mailing list where Perl 5 development occurs. Alternatively, the term is often used to refer to the group of people who actively participate on this list. It is also frequently abbreviated to just "p5p".

The list trades in debates, patches and bug reports. Anyone is welcome, whether to help, to talk, to lurk.
